Great stay at GHL Porton Medellin. The location in Poblado was perfect. Close to Santa Fe mall and many nice neighborhoods. Staff were friendly and attentive. Jorge from the restaurant made breakfast enjoyable with his pleasant service. Room and common areas were clean. Free breakfast had plenty of options. A few downsides included noise from busy streets and an occasional issue with housekeeping not being as thorough as I hoped. Overall, a solid choice with a few points to improve, particularly on noise insulation and room cleanliness.

i loved my stay at ghl hotel! the classic king room was cosy, and the restaurant had comfy chairs with a great view of greenery. breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. also, the staff were super helpful, giving us tips for exploring the area and even provided rechargeable metrocards.
